Salary

$66.49 – $68.28 per hour + super + annual leave loading

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Pharmacist (Oncology) to join the Pharmacy Department and support the Department of Medical Oncology. You will provide a full range of clinical pharmacy services while contributing to the efficiency and performance of the Cancer Services Pharmacy team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services for oncology patients

Support the management and efficiency of the Cancer Services Pharmacy team

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Assist with mentoring and supervising junior pharmacy staff

Qualifications

Eligible for AHPRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Hospital Pharmacist, with oncology pharmacy experience preferred

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage complex workloads

Must meet pre-employment requirements including criminal history check, WWCC, work rights, and immunisation evidence
