The Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your responsibilities include:
Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers
Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries
Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash
Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming
Supporting promotions and in-store sales
Working Monday, Friday, and Saturday
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality
Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential)
Strong in communication and teamwork
Professional in presentation with a customer-first attitude
Bonus if you have:
A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV)
Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems
