Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team. This fast-paced role involves managing dispensary operations, providing complete patient care, and supporting the growth of our business. You will work closely with interns, students, and dispensary assistants to ensure high-quality services are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store, dispensary, and team operations
Provide professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions
Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary assistants
Oversee dispensary inventory management and order processing
Support and implement new business strategies to enhance store performance
Qualifications
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
Dedicated work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team
Solid business acumen with attention to detail
Must meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome
