About the Opportunity
Campbelltown Hospital Pharmacy Service is looking for a motivated Grade 1/2 Pharmacist who thrives in a busy clinical environment. If you have a “can-do” attitude, strong therapeutic knowledge, and enjoy working closely with multidisciplinary teams, this role will suit you perfectly.
You’ll rotate across a variety of clinical areas, working with clinical leads to deliver safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication management for patients and carers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients
Provide dispensing, distribution, and manufacturing services
Promote safe and high-quality medication use
Participate in quality improvement and professional development
Contribute to education and supervision of junior staff and students
Support advanced clinical practice across specialist areas
Where You’ll Be Working
You’ll work across Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, both part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District.
Campbelltown Hospital is a rapidly growing tertiary hospital offering services such as cardiology, maternity, emergency, cancer care, aged care, mental health, and more. Ongoing multi-million-dollar redevelopment means state-of-the-art facilities and new clinical opportunities.
Camden Hospital specialises in rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation, chronic care, palliative care, and psychogeriatric services.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA (no restrictions)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering clinical pharmacy services (hospital experience preferred)
Excellent clinical drug knowledge and application skills
Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
Proven teamwork, leadership and supervision abilities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Understanding of quality improvement principles
