Salary

$75,000 – $85,000 AUD per year

Job Description

We’re looking for a Pharmacist to join our online pharmacy team, reporting to the Head Pharmacist and Pharmacy Site Coordinator. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, dispensing accuracy, and supporting our innovative telehealth pharmacy services across Australia.

Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense medications according to prescriber instructions

Provide expert advice and clinical support to patients

Collaborate with the dispensary team to maintain safe and efficient operations

Identify and escalate issues, implement improvements in patient safety and accuracy

Lead and guide pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians

Monitor personal and team dispensing accuracy

Work in ambient and cold-chain environments for safe medication supply

Prepare and assemble packaging and replenish temperature-controlled supplies

Participate in stocktakes, organizing courier collections, and other pharmacy duties

Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Head Pharmacist or Pharmacy Site Coordinator

Qualifications

Bachelor of Pharmacy

Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist in Australia

Substantial clinical pharmacy experience; telehealth/online pharmacy experience is a plus

Leadership experience and ability to manage complex cases

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with dispensing software (experience with Z-Software is highly regarded)

Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Flexible availability (Sunday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Saturday)
