Responsibilities
- Perform analytical tests on biochemical samples
- Ensure all equipment used in the chemistry laboratory is calibrated
- Maintain usage and calibration records
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies
- Draft and review SOPs
- Perform chemical and biochemical testing according to USP, EP and BP standards
- Collaborate with the Supervisor and Quality Control Manager to optimize efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline
- GMP experience required
- Practical knowledge of GMP and the quality control laboratory environment
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a GMP laboratory
- Strong understanding of good documentation practices and data integrity requirements
- Experience with LIMS systems preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
