QC Chemist and Documentation Specialist

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Hours: 7AM-330PM

Salary: $50-60k (depending on experience)

My client is seeking a QC Chemist and Documentation Specialist to play an integral role in the quality control lab, driving the preparation and review of essential data. You’ll ensure that every analysis meets top industry standards, supporting products that matter on a global scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Primarily focusing on documentation, including writing method validation protocols and reports
• Reviewing and preparing critical documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and Compliance
• Collaborating on stability protocols, product specifications, and other quality documentation
• Testing raw materials and finished products as required
• Attending meetings as a Quality representative to provide your expertise
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements

About You:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• experience writing method validation protocols and SOPs is a must
• Experience in quality systems, including documentation and compliance
• Skilled in handling QC laboratory data and processes
• Knowledge of GMPs, ICH, and FDA guidelines is preferred
• HPLC analytical experience is a plus
