The Pharmacy Manager provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant medication services. This role is responsible for managing pharmacy staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing inventory and financial performance, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to support excellent patient care. 
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university is required 
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy practice experience; Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340B experience preferred 
Knowledge of pharmacy compliance regulations and standards 
Familiarity with pharmacy software and EHR systems (e.g., NextGen, Epic, QS/1) 
Clinical and pharmacy setting 
Occasional travel between sites may be required
