We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Family Physician/General Practitioner* to join our dynamic, newly established clinic in a bustling community of Hanover, Ontario. * *Extremely Competitive Overhead Split* and *Generous Split* (OHIP Billing and more).
* *Highly Competitive Annual Salary Range:* *$200,000.00 – $450,000.00* per year.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population across all age groups.
* Perform thorough patient assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
* Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate.
* Deliver preventive care services, including health screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
* Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory and professional standards (Experience with Accuro/Telus EMR System is an asset).
* Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare professionals (including pharmacists and specialists like Psychiatrists, Allergists, and Rheumatologists) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
*Qualifications & Skills*
* CPSO Physician’s license / *CPSO Number (required)*.
* Experience practicing in hospital and/or community clinical settings.
* Strong understanding of primary care principles and best practices.
* Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in medication management and clinical decision-making.
* Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
