Hourly Rate: Up to 65/ hr+15% bonus + Signing bonus

I’m currently partnering with my client to hire an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This is a fantastic leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy Operations, offering the chance to make a real impact in both patient care and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring and performance management
• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Deliver exceptional patient care, including medication counseling and clinical services
• Manage inventory levels to meet patient needs
• Drive financial and operational success of the pharmacy
• Administer vaccinations and provide services such as medication reviews and minor ailment prescribing
• Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the community
• Support public health initiatives and community outreach programs

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy + active OCP license (required)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Injection & CPR certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• A passion for patient care and community engagement
• Business acumen with the ability to drive performance and growth
• Proficiency in pharmacy systems (HealthWatch experience is an asset)
