Seeking a hard working and responsible technician to maintain 60 pools a week. If you’re reliable, coachable, and committed to excellence—we want you.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform weekly pool service on assigned routes (same pools each week)
- Test and balance water chemistry to professional standards
- Clean baskets, filters, tiles, walls, surface & bottom as needed
- Maintain detailed service records & photos using our digital system
- Communicate clearly with the office & clients when needed
- Handle equipment with care and maintain a clean, professional vehicle
- Identify and report issues before they become problems
- Deliver the highest quality service in the industry
