Pharmacist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a transplant clinical specialist, you will play a key part in the care of patients undergoing liver, kidney, and lung transplants.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Licensure as a registered pharmacist with current certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS).

Prioritize delivering high-quality patient outcomes while providing expert advice to multidisciplinary teams regarding complex medications that may interact negatively if not used properly so pharmacists can promote responsible use ,manage medication safety protocols appropriately for all staff members; review electronic health records to stay updated on current drug knowledge data thus minimizing possible side effects keeping us abreast current best practices treating diseases at their root causes.
